Malin is back from her maternity leave
Malin is finally back from her maternity leave and working clinically with us again. She is a Swedish sports physiotherapist with over eight years of experience in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Her professional journey began with her Bachelor of Science in Medicine and a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Gothenburg, she further specialized through advanced training in orthopaedic medicine and sports psychology.
She has worked with elite athletes here at La Clinique du Sport, and also as a team physiotherapist for the French sailing team / Sail GP. Her clinical focus is on sports-related injuries, particularly shoulder and knee rehabilitation. She also loves to work with the kids in the Chamonix Valley and has a lot of experience in post pregnancy rehabilitation.
Malin employs a balanced approach
Malin employs a balanced approach, blending manual therapy with individualized exercise programs, all underpinned by a philosophy that pairs genuine empathy with a “tough love” mindset—an approach designed to empower patients toward lasting, meaningful recovery and for them to reach their goals.
Multilingual in Swedish, English, and French, Malin extends her impact beyond the clinic by leading workshops on body awareness and holistic well-being. These sessions, held at various venues including a Swiss university, reflect her passion for education and preventative health.
Outside of work
Outside of work, and family life, Malin is a tennis enthusiast, loves hiking with her dog, skiing, biking, and personal fitness—pursuits that mirror her dedication to an active and healthful lifestyle.
