Performance Movement Analysis combines our professional expertise, evidence-based testing and cutting edge Kinvent technology to provide you with an objective measurement of your individual performance to allow us to tailor your training and coaching programs to ensure you can achieve and sustain your performance.

As part of the Performance Movement Analysis, we will use our wireless Kinvent technology which includes Force Plates, Dynamometry, Bluetooth-Goniometers, Pressure Sensors and Video Movement Analysis.

The Performance Movement Analysis will enable you to:

  • Establish a baseline of your current performance
  • Gain a deeper of your key performance metrics and development areas
  • Enhance your planning and programming for your next athletic endeavour

As part of the Performance Movement Analysis, you will receive an Individualised Exercise Program to address your identified development areas.

 

Basic Performance Movement Analysis

In this 60-minute session you will work with our Performance Coaches to establish your goals and your performance baseline through analysis using our evidence-based testing and cutting-edge technology. We will then utilise our expertise to translate this information into a specifically tailored exercise program to help you improve your individual performance.

The Basic Performance Movement Analysis is aimed at individuals who wish to achieve a basic understanding of their athletic performance.

 

Advanced Movement Analysis

In this 120-minute session you will work with our Performance Coaches to establish your goals, and your performance baseline through analysis using our evidence-based testing and cutting-edge technology. Greater analysis will be performed through a more in-depth testing protocol specifically tailored to you, your history and performance requirements.

This is aimed at individuals who wish to have a greater understanding of their individual performance or are planning a significant athletic endeavour. This can be driven by greater performance needs, a more complex training or injury history or purely curiosity.
